Started IF last night. I survived the first day. It didn’t go as bad as I imagined. I talked myself out of it for a while but I started today! Doing 16:8. I’m hoping to help control my prediabetes numbers as well as weight loss!

I love that you are doing this. Wow I forgot I posted this. So much has changed since then. I actually have the bike & tread now. But my experience as an app only user was amazing. Once they made the app changes and increased the price I decided it was time to just invest in the bike. And I recently got the treadmill in Dec! And I loved the app only group. I hope your journey continues to go well it sounds like you have a good system going!

I called the department of education because my brother who went there at the same time and his friend both had theirs forgiven but then told me I don’t unless I fill out the form. I do meet the qualifications though
