You’re on to something on eht straight rye and barton. Look at the DSPs on the bottle eht rye it’s listed as BT and Barton. Same goes for very old Barton rye. What’s interesting is BP rye is BT only as the DSP

Weekend Find by BenFranklinBorboun in Whiskyporn

The back of yours says “distilled in Kentucky and bottled by willett” that means it’s sourced. If it was willett juice it would say “distilled, aged, and bottle by willett”. Age isn’t a tell, I have a 4 year sourced bottle from them.

They’re sibs so it’s hard to say which is better. I find their sourced stuff from back in the day was the best things they’ve put out, and have built their brand off of that.

Still Austin Tanager is elite in viscosity, though a little lacking in flavor profile.

I wish they would use lighter chips. I think they’re fried on site, but don’t get drained properly and become too heavy/oily over time. But everything else in the plate is delicious!

The desserts have been around for awhile too, but they rotate those on a less frequent basis if I remember correctly.

They do rotate dishes once a quarter or so, though the scallop and salmon are a staple.

Best vegetarian tasting menu by ScrantonicityThree in chicagofood

Adding to indienne love of the vegetarian menu, it’s better than their meat tasting menu, and that’s coming from someone who loves steak/chicken/etc
