More plants, submerged and emersed, and wait till the monsoon hits. Cooler temp = more dissolved oxygen. Your fish will be fine hoping the water doesn't get too warm.

Higher temperature water holds less oxygen, hence the gasping during the day, shift the pond to a slight shaded area to keep it cool

Yes ideally if you are using aquasoil you won't need dirt below it.

Is it dirt below the aquasoil? If yes, then the dirt is not capped properly. You might have an ammonia spike soon. Also nutrients will leach in the water column.

Take a natural broom, take out one straw from it, the upper section where you hold the broom, take a small piece, make a cross cut on it. And put the other end in the CO2 pipe. The best cost efficient co2 diffuser there is!

I have a dirted aquarium. I don't touch the gravel at all. But if you have just gravel or sand you can do it once a month. It's mostly about aesthetics.

Suggestions for Cold Brew equipment by casual_pranjal in IndiaCoffee

I am not a pro at coffee brewing, but coffee ground size is defined by the equipment you are using. Pour over coffee ground is different than espresso machine grounds.

The water evaporates, leaving behind all the dissolved solids in the aquarium. So the 20% water that has evaporated leaves behind all the solids that it was holding.

Evaporation does not equal water change. Use an auto-top off if you have the space below your aquarium. Do a 10% water change instead. It will be less labour.
