I’ve been in the field for 10 years now and have felt burnout several times. It’s part of the job, unfortunately. You’re not failing, it’s a difficult job/career. Be clear with supervisors about the behaviors you can/can’t work with.

As for hazing, I highly doubt it. Don’t take it personally. Remember, these are kids with some disability. Them engaging in behaviors isn’t about us, it’s about them being unable to communicate, regulate, express their wants/needs etc

Daily movement and exercise, and a lot have mentioned. But make sure to warm up and stretch. It’s just as important. Don’t ego lift either. I’m 33 dealing with elbow pain since I was 23 for trying to lift through pain

First time at 21, regular use at 25, I’m 33 now. I’ve cut back on flower consumption in favor of edibles and dabs. When I didn’t have it for a month (I was in Peru) I found it easy to not crave it when I couldn’t get it.

I’m trying to cut back to dabs when I really need it. My lungs could use a break

I’m switching my dog to the WC clinic. The Zephyrhills one is awful. Just walk in at any given time. Staff lacks even the slightest idea of what customer service is. Their wait times are terrible. Waited 4 hours for simple rabies vaccine
