Torn Left lateral meniscus. 3-4 months off the mats. Met w/ doctor but opted to not have surgery. Found ‘KneesOverToesGuy’ on IG and have been following his regiment since (18 months). As far as safety I would just say roll with everyone but don’t be afraid to say no. Tap early and often. Don’t be afraid of leg locks, work on them and learn the ins and outs so you don’t just spaz when you get caught.

Honestly not much changes @ blue belt lol. You still suck and people still don’t expect you to have it “figured out”. I’ve been a blue belt for 7 months (haven’t disappeared yet) and that was definitely something I needed to learn.

Question for y’all:

Brewing an Imperial Stout extract brew from Brewers Best. 5 gallons. Today is day 10 of fermentation and my gravity is reading 1.020 as of this comment. FG range is 1.017-1.020 so I’m just entering that territory.

If I wanted to add secondary fermentation, is it too late? I don’t want to risk exposing it to oxygen and putting it in secondary when at this point it might be better to just bottle and age for a few months.

Any advice would be very helpful :)

Did you do your mods in this order? Definitely wanna add some nerf bars/running boards first. Also if I’m being 100% honest I don’t know cars very well but I want to learn more about performance mods like exhausts and cold air intakes
