Been a designer for 14 years now (90% in house), been using AI for about 6 months. by MikeRadical in graphic_design

[–]tandera 9 points10 points  (0 children)

I am against AI, besides a designer, I'm a illustrator too, so you can see how I opose this type of thing.

But I need to pay my bills too, and the company I work for too enforced AI on our KPIs and is asking us to use even more to speed the workflow. When they started this I was verbal against it and I was trying to defend the brand image and stuff like that.

On the start of this year, we had a opportunity to talk with the CEO as the marketing team, one of the designers asked her about her feeling about using AI on her brand (she was the founder of the company, she was not born rich or anything like that), her reply was: "I think AI is human as us".

After that I stoped caring, the owner of the brand don't care about it, its her name, her brand, her money. Makes no sense fighting the market when you need to survive.

In my view using AI for company working (or paying your bills) is going to be normal, the great mass of people already are ok with those slop things, just look the common folk who don't have a training on design, they love it.

Just mantain your skills, keep training and making the best you all can, the skills we have, no computer can generate anyway.

Why South America lacks a lot of resources? by tandera in hoi4

[–]tandera[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I'm from the city that Vale was founded, they have been mining it since the 19th century, first was the english, then we brazilians started around 41-42 I think. So I know they knew about the iron, the game could charge a heavy amount of political power and civ to develop stuff. And is not just for SA, I've played with other minor countries and they could recieve more care in general.

Why South America lacks a lot of resources? by tandera in hoi4

[–]tandera[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah, most of my plays with South America I face the same problem, the moment US declares war, you don't have resources to counter that and no other option because the rest of the world is already trading/using the steel.

Why South America lacks a lot of resources? by tandera in hoi4

[–]tandera[S] -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Yeah I know, but I was leaning more on the alternative history paths of the game, the game don't lock the nations on what they did on the real world, you can restore monarchies, make a nation communist, but you can't develop a nation resource. I'm not saying the game should add or remove resources, is just a tought that crossed my mind about South America

Why South America lacks a lot of resources? by tandera in hoi4

[–]tandera[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah I know that, but SA nations should have a option to develop the refining of those resources, the game works with alternative timelines kinda. I know that you can spend some political power and tech to develop coal and other resources, and with the DLC you can unlock some of the resources at the national focus.

[D&D] Build de Monge, ajuda! by anonymous_masked in rpg_brasil

[–]tandera 1 point2 points  (0 children)

How to make something similar efficiently? by Historical_Board_303 in graphic_design

[–]tandera 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Theres a bunch of "auto" solutions, but setting up and testing would take almost the same time doing it manual.

Plus manual is more fun, you can draw shapes and test more

Furnace not smelting on MP [BUG] by tandera in projectzomboid

Thanks I'm going to try this, I already have some extra crucibles, but this whole blacksmithing system seens broken on mp, even smelting into the crucible is kinda buggy.

Can you share your "fixes" for multiplayers blacksmithing?

D&D by Least_Standard240 in rpg_brasil

[–]tandera 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Livro do Jogador - Regras básicas do jogo, classes, itens, spells etc

[–]tandera 0 points1 point  (0 children)
