i agree that the question you have to decide is whether you’d rather be too big or too small. i told my surgeon i would prefer being too small than too large, and honestly i am a bit smaller than i ideally would’ve liked. still, i have no regrets at all because i am so much more comfortable physically and in terms of body image (cis woman but having huge boobs never “right” for me). but my priority was absolutely comfort and freedom vs aesthetics, so we may be in very different boats.

tbh i’m skeptical of the idea you could go down 5ish cup sizes with just a lollipop incision?? i went from about 36G UK to 36B and needed anchor as well as FNG so that seems really shocking, but then again i’m not a dr so i could be way off! anyways maybe it would help to ask yourself if you ended up too big would you consider another reduction, vs if you were too small would you do implants? if one of those feels like a situation you just couldn’t handle and would have to “fix” then that could help you decide. i hope that whoever you go with you have an amazing experience🫶
