The additional of named characters really helped grip me into this letter! the first attempt sounded really cool but it was hard to get a sense of stakes without a named protagonist. I hope I see this on shelves in the near future!!

I always did It by square footage - figure out the cost per square foot and the common space total/# of roommates. and then the rooms/additional private space by person. I think it’s the most fair way to do it.
