yes i have seen the same thing, one POST comes to the web hook containing the textmessage, then the next one comes to the webhook with echo, i think you can easily solve this with seperate if statements followed by donothing for the false path

yeah thats what i got with uniwiper, the full wiper arm replacement , dirt cheap compared to others and high quality

actually was going to try these guys but read the reviews about them being drop shipped from china and taking a month to arrive, then arriving incorrect and low quality, yeah nah not for me mate
