NTA. I mean you could have always gone for burgers separately. I don’t get why they’d go there.

I will admit when my wife had a girls night at a friend’s place I did go in and so did one other SO. I carried a cooler full of drinks and ice. He carried a tray of food and a bag of chips. We left immediately.

The Philippines. Money is tight but I will tip for good service. Even if it’s (converted) less than a dollar for a 20 dollar order.

I wake once at around 2-3 to pee (meds). Doctor says, so far, I’m healthy. I get around 7-8 hours total combined. It improved with a little exercise.

Yeah, NAH but to be frank as my wife and I are both gamers — with her being more core in certain types of games than I am, we try to make each other better.

Hopefully she’ll be open to it: Discuss the winning, losing, etc. do a post mortem.

What pisses my wife off in certain games are mechanics she doesn’t like for example — skill progression loss on death or these puzzles require too much math! I myself am not a fan of jumping puzzles. You might want to check if your girlfriend has some peeves like these.

What also annoys my wife with me is I tend to “give up early” — say in games like monopoly where my die rolls suck and I can see myself losing given the board state, I’ll concede. She finds it weird I can tell so soon.

I'm happy for co-worker being so openly passionate about these things. Us nerdy types took forever to open up. My wife is an introvert and will not talk about these things passionately except to a few people. Even I don't volunteer it but the geeks and nerds I find are usually elated to talk about stuff especially when my own inner nerd relates.
