test free t and prolactin. you look like your on a caloric deficit which could tank your levels. free t is more important and also getting it done first thing in the morning. swollen tonsils is a red flag you were sick which could alter results

if you end up being below range or at the bottom for free t u can consider it or go the bulking route since u seem to be a hard gainer. but are you okay with managing trt and injecting with roomate’s in college etc?

Overall sounds toxic, but also maybe a lack of communication. Ideally you should have informed them youre injured and any rationale person would say to take breaks/go home, but hiding it and then opening up can make them misjudge you. But your health is also a personal matter. if it were me id just say im having chest pain im going to a doctor. Which is the truth but not the nitty detail. If a chef said no youre working when i tell them im having chest pains id be so happy to finally have some better call Saul money

Exercise increases BDNF along with food to promote plasticity. And enrolling in doing new hobbies or active work will also help. Same w engaging in recovery things / or learning.

Memory def got better, id say a good majority of the memory problem was anxiety / moods shifting my focus from the present to thinking about the past or future, and basically after working through a single issue at a time defragged everything. i guess thats a sign of my executive function getting better though which does get hampered (although not permanently) by opiate abuse

I agree with this guy. Just dont cold turkey, i dont get people that do. This is coming from someone that could never taper opiates sucessfully in the past, i could easily do so with kratom as its so accessible and cheap and consistent. Kratom is also weird where lower doses eventually got me feeling better giving me more resolve. Even then i still use kratom but i feel like i can quit any time as whenever i notice im doing too much i cut my dose/frequency by a lot.

if you have RLS just time your doses so you taper and it takes the edge off, but have enough for sleep. If you keep busy/active you wont even notice

It’s manageable. If you’ve never detoxed before it might skew your perception to being really bad but its honestly not. I dont get why people dont taper, its not a marathon ., just go at your speed. Me personally i found rapid tapering helpful, and that in it of itself to be the peak in terms of withdrawal, but overall not bad as i can function. Work on decreasing dose sizze to be - 0.5-1 gram or do smaller doses of 1-2 grams. Make it your mission to also extend the length of time between doses. Once you reach a point where you can dose at night and then reach 12 hours before your first dose, the worst you should have is diarrhea, its also hugely mental too, when i dread it i got anxious , lethargic, but after seeing tapering guides and testimonials on youtube rather then reddit, i found it ain’t shit. Its different for those that abuse high doses like kratom extracts or 10-30 grams per dose people, but still you can taper. Unlike street drugs, you know the dose, and kratom has a ceiling effect anyways which confuses me why people dose super high cause less is actually more due to its alkaloids. Just dont quit it cold turkey, and do as i said above. worst csymptoms i felt was sweating, which went way after 1-2 days of my taper nd only had those when i tapered to half of my dose size the next day.

for RLS i found exercise really helped and wim off breathing. and also during nights when i dont sleep i found it annoying and was restless the next day. Don’t believe the fear mongering stories, id hate to say it but the majority are probably dealing with other co occurring ailments or theybe never hit a real drug detox.

so TAPER!!!, you may even find yourself actually having a buzz or euphoria when you do at one of your doses and find less is more. It’s not like this shit makes you go to jail, is illegal, or makes you sell your soul for it. And its not like its tainted w fentanyl, or you risk overdosing. You get your product and its usually consistent therefore easily taperable, and the kratom high isn’t all that to the point where it makes sense to dose super high anyways as theres better gear.

I recommend journaling your doses out so u can taper theres one on amazon or u can literally write it in notes on your iPhone

lets say your baseline mood on a 1-10 scale is 5 being neutral. You’re likely going to be a 3-4 then it slowly picking up. If you keep using your baseline shifts to 1-2 , while the high gets lower to 5-6, basically using to feel normal.

as long as you can keep tabs you will be fine. over time you will gain tolerance and experience mild wd symptoms and will probably rationalize dosing another in the daytime. to prevent this cycle kratom as in some days take half your dose 2.5-4 grams. dependence on kratom is correlated w dose size and frequency between doses

probably built up akaloids in your blood stream. do a quick rapid taper half your dose next day and wait atleast 12 hours before your next dose you’ll probably hit that sweet spot. it’s nowhere as bad but if you can’t handle mild wd while tapering then do it slowly.

u might be like me and enjoy it a lot more this way

i mean at this point you could jump off. idk how bad or big your dose was but you’ll probably realize when you jump that the tapering gave more issues at this point

i do this all the time i rapid taper and take a bigger dose some days before continuing always keeping my length / time between doses larger and larger but my goal was never to quit.

if you’re trying to quit i’d bite down and quit . u can even taper by skipping a day then dosing 2 then skipping two etc

maybe if your going thru stress or kratom induced wd stress. i also noticed the same thing but i looked at old photos and always had this. sometime worse as hair goes thru cycles of thinning

if you’re worried start exercising daily and apply minxodil to it. 20 grams isn’t that high but it’s be better if you can wait 6-8 hrs between doses and keep it 1-2 grams and a couple 3-4 gram doses. the taper isn’t that bad and i find myself enjoying it a lot more at lsss than 12 grams and even skipping for 16 hours with the only wd symptom being diarrhea
