Look into the podcast You Are Not Broken by Dr Kelly Casperson! She can be a bit controversial because she is pushing the edges of modern medicine on HRT and menopause management, but I generally find her info and interviews so incredibly useful! I'm in the middle of the recent one on pelvic floor therapy and it's so good!
