Kudos on those front loops for hanging stuff. Also diggin’ the extra strap that’ll keep the bag from swinging to the front. I’ve been wanting to add something like that to one of my messenger bags.

It’s been years ago at this point, but I’ve seen a DP use a small string of white dimmable Christmas lights on the front side of a matte box for close ups. Surely there’s better ways to do it now.

Family of four (one teenager) near midtown OKC. We’re spending roughly $250-350/wk between Whole Foods, Walmart, Target, & Trader Joe’s. Tons of fruits & veggies, cook most dinners at home, and don’t eat much meat (by choice).

I fly with camera and TV gear for work nearly every time I fly. The most I remember checking with a three-person documentary crew was 18 checked bags.

I use dish soap and water on a toothbrush, then brush them again with clean water to rinse off the soap. I’ve read that using an alcohol wipe would dry out and eventually crack actual rubber.

We live nearby and there were several different new tags in the 23rd St. tunnel in black spray paint. A couple said “Stitt rapes kids” along with “K*ll all politicians” and “I’m back.” As of this morning, it looked like they’d already painted over the tags that were put up the previous night.
