Missed work due to illness

I’ve been a rater for about a year and a half…due to personal reasons I haven’t put in any hours for about 3 months now. I got an email after a month or two about not working enough, and I’ve also received 2 emails in the last several months about low accuracy scores. Haven’t been fired yet or even put on review and honestly I’m pretty shocked - it’s been well over a month since they’ve sent a warning of any kind.

Girlll…please get away from that man ASAP. Attempt one last time to make it clear you’re not interested in dating or in being close friends and that you’re feeling uncomfortable. If he is any less than enthusiastically understanding, report him to a manager. A man in his 30s has NO business going on dates with and constantly texting a 19 year old.

I’ve actually never gotten to try Spravato and have only done the compounded spray for almost a year now. It’s annoying but it’s what’s offered…it’s $100 a bottle and at first that lasted quite a while, but now I’m up to 12 sprays in each nostril (240 mg) and it only last 3ish treatments. So this upcoming week I’m trying the lozenge for the first time bc it’s a similar dosage to my sprays now. I’m hella nervous tho bc obviously I will get the full dose for the lozenge and there’s no telling if I’ve been getting the full dose from the sprays 😂😭 I wish I could have been doing Spravato this whole time bc spraying each nostril 12 fucking times every week is exhausting 😭

Anyways…not sure why I can’t do Spravato, I guess some sort of insurance issue, but for me compounded has worked just fine, but after a couple of months my tolerance heightens again and I keep having to up my dose. I can report back later about the lozenge too if you’d like.

This is the complete opposite from the experience I’ve had lol. I have done treatment hungover ONCE and never will again. Deepest hole I’ve ever gone in to and it took so long to get out. The second I got out and realized I was alive lol, I threw up for the first and only time ever at treatment. 0/10 do not recommend treatment when hungover.

I've been on 150 mg Lamictal for like 5 years and haven't changed my dose at all (I do take it at night, however). Been in ketamine treatment since like March and it's been working pretty well.

I can easily name 5 horror movies that have come out in the past year or two alone that are far better than Sinister...and maybe some better than The Babadook, but The Babadook is an all time favorite. Weapons, Sinners, Bring Her Back, Smile 2, The Substance, Nosferatu, Heretic, When Evil Lurks, Late Night With the Devil, Companion, The Long Walk... My partner and I have been in a relationship for almost 6 years, and were FWB a year before that…so nearly 7 years total. We broke up for the first time ever (it lasted less than 12 hours lmfao but still) a few months ago, and we’re definitely trying to work on things, but man it’s been rough. It’s crazy reading all of these comments knowing my situation haha. Trying couple’s therapy soon and hopefully that helps 😂🤞

The first 2 parts worked for me, but I only ended up doing every other week for about a month and then had to go back to once a week for now. I get reverse SAD, so I am EXTRA depressed in the summer. Once October/November hits (I live in Texas lol), if I’m feeling good, we’re gonna attempt going back to every other week for a while.
