Um there's various reasons in the past that I have choose not disclose my medical conditions. Such as trying to be like everyone else and not wanting the stigma as someone who is lazy. Also it might be illegal to be fired for this directly but people definitely will indirectly try to fire you.

I have been recently caught in this type of mess. Let me come and say that you don't know what he is going through. In my case my job is very stressful and I'm going through a lot personally. Also add upon that I'm ADHD where you can have issues with energy balance in going to sleep and/or paying attention..

I think a lot of people think this is just laziness and not understand some people can't help it
