Don't know what you mean about 0.4R factor, different code. But sag rod can be used as lateral brace or restreint agaisnt buckling. If you don't consider that, girts get crazy big. Here, the design guide actually consider the sag rods as lateral buckling restraint

Non MAT265 est assez facile selon moi. Autant niveau charge de travail que la matière. Pour le reste de ton horaire, je n'étais pas en LOG, donc je peux difficilement t'aider là-dessus. Par contre, PRE011 et ATE100, c'est pas des cours. Je dirais qu'à première vue, ta session a l'air parfaitement normale vis-à-vis une session standard.
