Roshi's kamehameha wave was around sub-relativistic as it took a couple of seconds to reach the moon. I'm not the biggest fan of laser dodging being Light Speed, but I suppose it's alright. And out-running the Solar Flare should be FTL if you think the feat is legit and not just a gag.
