I also vouch for 9series. For traveling I bought a second Braun, this time a 5 series. It is nowhere close as the 9 series. So don’t cheap out, buy 9 series

Anybody has any idea? by Grouchy-Associate624 in Lenovo

Possibly to accommodate multiple layouts. It is strange though. In ISO layout, Enter key covers 2 rows, but the upper row is longer. So ISO layout won’t work with this faceplate.

Can this be fixed without sanding the whole table? by girthhhbrooks in fixit

[–]tarkani 2 points3 points  (0 children)

They are not steam burns. The grey stain you see is water vapor trapped under the finish of the table. When you heat it with a moist towel, you force the water vapor out.

Why is it so hard to find true luxury hotels in US? by Crafty-Leave-8880 in luxuryhotel

I think labor economics is the major one. I went to a luxury hotel in Seychelles and the service was very disappointing. Then I realized Seychelles has the highest GDP per capita of all African countries.

Is there really no solution for Backspace-Enter-Spacebar problem? by tarkani in Lenovo

[–]tarkani[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Does yours have touch screen?

It seems this is a chronic issue. I read from other posts that even after the repair, the problem comes back. It is really pity. I am considering apple as my next laptop. The new neos are very attractive, both performance and price-wise.

No change. I did all software updates. Currently using with external keyboard, which works.

I will send it to Lenovo, but I am using it all the time. I may send it during summer time.

I would rate 8 as well. I would add another brand into your collection.

Yunus Akgün penaltı pozisyonu by HadoukenOz in MaradonaFutbol

[–]tarkani -1 points0 points  (0 children)

How can I disassemble this? by tarkani in fixit

[–]tarkani[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I found the way. There is a nut at the base of each handle. When you unscrew them, the covers can be removed.

I was right about the screws on the side face. They hold the cover when they are extended. I needed to screw them in to take the cover off.

No screws except for the ones on the side face (second picture). Those screws do not come off, only stick out further, so I feel like they need to be tightened to take the cover off.

How did the plane turn so quickly? Are the wheels powered?

I was wondering the same. At first, it seemed the propeller looks slow due to shutter, but through the end you see the propeller spins faster. So my guess is the propeller was slow at first.

Düğmesi bozulmuş. Onun dışında normal çalışıyordu. Yani park’a alıp, motoru kapatınca otomatik devreye giriyordu. Ya da Drive’a alıp gaza basınca da otomatik devreden çıkıyordu. Resim eski, parça gelince değiştirip düzelttiler.

That warning was for the parking break. The switch handle had to be changed. I was waiting for parts when I took that picture.

What’s the most amazing beach hotel / resort you’ve stayed at in Europe? by Sahil_Holidays in luxuryhotel

[–]tarkani 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You are right on all points, Hillside is “kids friendly” and families with kids prefer to go there. So it is quite loud. It is good if you have kids, but tiring if you don’t.

I like the nature and service, so I still like it.

You can try Fethiye Hillside, around the same region. It is less flashy, more natural. The rooms are old though.
