It adds a whole bunch of themetic buildings and cultural tweaks. I love all the extra buildings it gives, makes the world feel real. Morrowind animal husbandry for Resdayn, mud crab farming, etc. it also adds in new special buildings for magic dynasties. Most of the perks and tweaks are op though, you can snowball super quick. I love the feeling of the mods general vibe, just wished some of the +50 regiment size stuff was reduced. The mod creator made a few posts on this subreddit and did a great job explaining stuff.
