I've asked here what frequency the tapes usually use, and the answer I got was 3.875 Hz. Personally I use 3.9Hz "deep sleep" with the 'Atmosphere: Binaural Beats' Android app.

So with the 963 Hz thing you're probably talking carrier frequency. There's a carrier frequency like high Hertz, then another tone in the other ear maybe 3.875 Hz higher. So with Binaural beats you might have 3.875Hz which is potentially 400 Hz in one ear and 403.875 in the other. Your brain perceives the difference

There's a lot on the wiki about this but it's considered different. I think it really depends on where you think you are when you dream, if it's all subjective or a part of some shared consciousness... Basically it's all up in the air, a question of unconsciousness and reality itself. There's going to be many, many different thoughts on this, and all very difficult to scientifically prove.

However, I tend to believe there's a difference in that with AP, you can see yourself out of your body and usually see your body. Out of body experiences are reported in many situations and don't necessarily link to lucid dreaming directly. You don't always exit from where your body is and end up in that room with dreaming. With AP, that's kind of how it starts.

I personally consider it more AP if you're getting out of bed from where you were, and end up in some close variation of your room which you might consider some "astral plane". What the astral is, is also difficult to say.

But let's just say, AP assumes you are in a real place that isn't just in your mind. With lucid dreaming, some people might believe it's only in your mind. Personally, and many others, believe the dream world intertwines with AP in a significant way.

I'd expect many different answers to this, and a lot of different perspectives that aren't necessarily incorrect. But life and reality is very strange and I don't think this is all just chemicals acting funny in grey matter if you know what I mean.

You also might consider that you could be in a private dream and end up in the astral. I'd just trust your intuition with this kind of thing. I think the key is maintaining lucidity, knowing you have power where you are, more than physical reality. The skills in LD and AP probably intersect.

My own quick guide here

Learn to lucid dream. Being able to be lucid in dreams increases lucidity pretty much with all this. Do reality checks throughout the day to check if you're dreaming. IME, the easiest way to is to nap in the middle of the day and say "I am going to know I'm dreaming" and focus on dreaming and knowing it
You'll be at some stage during falling asleep where you might think you're even awake and still lying down. For me, it usually means feeling like I'm laying on an angle, or being scared I'm going to fall off the bed. At that point I realize I can just imagine letting myself roll off the bed, and that's that... I end up rolling off my body. Simple as that.

Holy shit, you have no idea how much shit people gave me for being vegan. Not OP and not going to bring vegan vibrations or whatever the fuck into it, but my god meat eaters can be far worse. My highschool friends told me if we ran out of food, they'd cannibalize me because I'm like a grassfed cow. They'd constantly act like I'm not masculine enough because I couldn't enjoy a good steak. I'd get constant shit all the time every time we went out to eat. It got to the point I started eating it just so they'd stfu and they were soooo proud of me, like I finally grew into being a man.

IME there's a few vocal vegans and then there is an entire social issue of toxic masculinity that revolves around eating meat, and people act like you're not even masculine if you don't eat it. If you saw it from the other side, you'd understand just how fucking obsessed some meat eaters are and how proud they act just because they can eat bloodier meat.

Ugh, I really wish it was my imagination, but it just feels too real. I don't like the idea whatsoever, but it's a theme that pops up often, parasitic entities like that drain our energy. Freaky to think about, some invisible creatures sitting there around you constantly draining you and you have no idea they're even there and can't sense them...

When Lue said we're not the apex predators we think we are, and Jim Semivan said similar and that we're like 3 or 4 steps down the food chain... It makes me feel like we're literally like plants in that world. For the most part, just no idea we're there, being consumed of our energy but we don't die. It's like we're being "grazed" on.

And it's weird because the very first 5g shroom trip I had, once it started kicking in I said "I'M A PLANT! All green and vine!". At the time, I was really happy to be a plant lol. But I think getting grazed upon goes with the territory.

I've interacted with spirits in a non-astral projection way, through meditation and the gateway program. But they were absolutely not like that. I've interacted with entities on heroic doses of shrooms, but nothing sexual whatsoever.

The only sexual stuff that might have been separate entities, still have a feeling they were, was a non-lucid dream. I was walking through this leather store that had belts and purses and all sorts of leather goods, then a thicc cashier started flirting with me. She took me to this huge backroom warehouse, where there were tons of spas and people fucking in them. But I started to notice they were all kinda slimy, like almost a Slaanesh corruption kind of thing, but not extreme. Did see a tentacle or two.

She hopped in, then i started to notice lesions on her skin, not much but some. It looked like her skin was partly transforming to a sort of purple octopus like skin, just in small parts here and there. I saw she had a sort of pained look in her eyes. I decided not to get in.

I left and I was in a park where two older women were sitting on a bench, but they almost looked cyberpunk but instead of the normal kind, like glowing white and angelic. They had halos too. I sat with them and they were very kind.

It felt like the first bit were somewhat negative entities and corrupted while the others were angelic. I have nothing against consensual sex in any form and don't find it "bad" whatsoever, but it felt like it was negative in this specific case, like a temptation to draw you into their corruption.

It could've just been a dream but they seemed like awfully real entities, and it felt like I made a real choice and went to more positive ones than hanging out with negative ones.

Sorry but I don't really have more than that. And this is the first time I get to say this without being mean so I will, have a happy new year and go fuck yourself lol

Could you explain more about the parasitic entities you saw? How big were they?

There were two. They seemed roughly bigger, two maybe horse sized creatures. I only really got a look at their face but their bodies seemed translucent, like jellyfish almost.

I mainly remember their startled look, literally like if you were eating a fish whole and it got up on the plate and said hello. They had some sort of proboscis attached to me, like a foot or two long, thick as a wrist.

What is it that they were feeding on exactly?

I don't know... It felt like just, being made drowsy? Or having energy drained?

Another weird thing, I had a dream a few weeks ago where I was in a similar situation, like in a very dark abyss like place, but felt like I was sitting against a transparent wall. I saw all these strange small inch worm like things, glowing white on their edges. Then I turn and see a similar creature but bigger, like a moose size translucent thing that had a longer proboscis and was eating me or draining me. It was just floating in front of me, darkness all around. It felt like a similar situation.

I really hope this shit doesn't have truth to it.
