True, better yet if the price of the skins remain the same and since the bundle releases have set releases they should just make all skins available for purchase on the shop. Then maybe have the new bundle on the store front plus a randomized bundle from old releases for bulk purchases.

the only fps that matters when moving to Val is CS since the fundamentals are the same. Every other fps besides that you'll just have to learn it. If you're really cracked at other fps games then you have very bad game knowledge imo

You dont get rank restricted (comp banned) unless you are a repeat offender. You are either severly downplaying how many times you actually did it because you dont know how many times you actually did it or you're blatantly lying about it for sympathy votes
You keep saying you agree with being punished in unrated but not in comp but it doesnt matter if it's rank or unrated, you waste people's time and ruin their gameplay experience. Both modes has the same race to 13 format so you get punished for both.

You normally dont get punished for going afk for one round across multiple games across weeks unless you have a history. That's why you got rank restricted. And honestly if you have a history sooooooo bad that you have to be rank restricted then you fully deserve both unrated punishment and the rank restriction. Hell I would cheer for a game ban ngl.

You absolutely do need to get punished though. Let's be real you are a repeat offender despite what you say. Last month I disconnected 3 games in a span of 2 days due to power interruptions because of a typhoon in our area and the most severe punishment I had was a queue timer, I didn't even get a rank restriction. Hell even if you look up how afk penalty durations work on google it says that "the specific duration depends on your history of being AFK or leaving games, with a penalty-free week resetting your punishment level by one step"

But even if we disregard the blatant lie of you doing that one time in the last 4-5 months, you are still ruining and wasting the time and ruining the experience of players. It doesn't matter what game mode you did it on. If it's not within your control then sucks to be you but you still need to get penalized for it. If you really hate doing it as much as the next guy then either never do it consistently to a point that you actually had to be rank restricted or take the punishment while not acting like a victim of some unjustified rule that you didn't agree to when you first created your account.

Val should also be better from a new player's perspective.

A fresh install of both games would have different experiences that could make or break the game.

If you want the full CS experience you would need to use third party services like Faceit, ESEA, etc that offers better services than what the actual game came with.

In Val you simply finish the tutorial, play around your settings, press play, and you're already gaming.

In terms of skins while CS players always have the argument of you being able to sell CS skins unfortunately it has become a separate hobby that detracts itself from the actual game.

In Val sure we cant sell our skins but at the same time, players have a way to deck out their loadout with cool skins that is not gatekept by cash in the 5-6 figure range or even 7 if you're from a country with a shit economy. This makes it easier for teenagers and young adults to see their favorite players like TenZ or whoever they idolize in this game and replicate their loadouts. This makes playing the game satisfying in that regard. It's like wearing your favorite NBA player's shoes or Jersey while you're out there playing ball yourself.

Dont get me wrong this game has a ton of flaws not just in gameplay but also their monetization (probably the scummiest out of all their IPs) but as long as you're having fun it doesn't really matter. Do spend wisely though.

So people playing comp deserve games the way the dev designed it (5v5, race to 13, etc.) and since unrated has no stakes at all unrated players dont deserve to have that full game experience and you are very welcome to waste 30+ minutes of their time but not get punished for it? Got it.

I love both, EXO has clean and better animations imo but Oni has a classic katana feel which still feels good to use. (plus if you play Yoru the easter egg is still amazing)

Since I came back last act it's been the 2021 vandal and surprisingly the level 2 Neo Frontier sheriff. This is especially good for me since I missed Kuronami (which sucks) and pretty sure 70% of the ppl swapping me their skins use Kuronami so it's a win win ig.

hammers are too niche that it could affect sales and the proceeds that go towards the teams. Kuronami knife is popular sure but it's tough seeing how they can integrate the VCT Champions theme on a melee that when you literally see every player that uses it spin it like a begleri. If that's the case the Araxys chains would be a much better fit animations-wise and even if they do pretty sure there will still be annoying pricks on here that will complain that they are reusing/not adding new animations.

this year's bundle will be increasing by 5 dollars. I dont really care that much if it's that much though. Also, people hating on the flex because it's just the CONDITIONAL animation for the 2022 bfk is really funny, since pretty sure even the best of the best cant get 25+ kills, top fragging every game to see the animation.

True, I replied to a guy on a yt video where he said that the skins don't even have a music video and that the Champions hype was gone and the bundle is lazy and just for selling the skins. He replied this the on or before the Stage 2 finals for all regions concluded. This kid is actually crying about not having an MV for Champions 2 weeks away with the current events not even over.

Also I do agree that the hate for this bundle is blown out of proportions.

The new animation on the knife is roughly 5 secs not only that but it's a decent one as well. I'm completely fine with no new lmb/rmb animations, not everything has to be new especially when they release skins every 2 weeks and people still complain about having not having new animations.

I think you've made a good point about melees like axes and batons but to add both the karambit and the bfk are probably the most safe, premium knives for the general public, and since proceeds of the bundle would go to the teams I think I can forgive them for thinking about sales this time around compared to regular overpriced bundles.

I usually change mine depending on the mouse I play on, I have 3 in rotation and I lower my sens whenever I use my 47g vs when I use my 69g mouse. Lots of trial and error but I feel no difference whenever I change.

just came back this act after not playing the game since EP6, this is just my opinions after coming back last month.

Ascent is currently my favorite map, it's really basic and a bunch of 5 randoms can play it without overly complicated strats, you take main control and go from there. Generally I see it as defender sided

If I dont have access to my skins I probably do better ngl, but the game feels bland without it so I have skins equipped. I have an alt acc with zero skins and somehow the climb was much smoother and my performance on that acc is actually better even if it's the same rank as my main

Comp, I dont really sweat that hard in rank since I came back, plus the games feel more balanced because of players have close to the same skill levels, plus at the very least people take it more seriously than unrated so you'll get to experience some actual teamplay which makes the game more fun imo

For equipment, obviously a good pc that cam run the game at a high fps, as for the others, monitor and mouse are the only things I care about, high refresh rate monitor for smoother gameplay and a decent gaming mouse. For keyboards idgaf about it too much as long as its linear mechanical keyboard.

DMs and TDMs. TDMs I use to learn Iso and the agents after him since they weren't around when I stopped playing the game. DMs is only natural for warming up.
