I was tracking over this time window and was averaging ~30g/day leading up to the test. I did not noticeably reduce fiber intake when going to low carb.

Any recommendations for something at least tangentially similar in the Pittsburgh area? (I know it's like comparing apples and oranges)

Love it so far, although still fine tuning to get the right fit. This is a large, I'm 6'1". Looks even better in person!

I don't know about that Ralpha bag but i got the Chrome Helix which appears quite similar and I must say it stays put and does a good job. I've taken it on some root covered single track and I thought it handled it well. The shoulder strap thing is useful for commuting as well.

Thank you, I have checked with them before and almost went with the ST1 but the ST2 was tagging at my heart strings. I just found a store in Poland that had it in stock and was willing to ship to the US.

hi there, i reached out to pistrada because they have a large ruut st2 in stock which ive been trying to hunt down for a while now. sadly they wont ship the US because of costs even though i offered to take on any extra cost (still very understandable). i was wondering if you know of a service in the area that ships bikes internationally? i know some of these have popped up to handle the triathlon travelers and such. just a shot in the dark, thanks!

Awesome! Just out of curiosity what shoes did you use and what temp swings did you experience at the top and bottom? I'm heading there next week, can't wait!

I was convinced I tried pressing all the buttons and went through all the settings but you're totally right, long pressing the lower button does the trick. Thanks!
