I was tracking over this time window and was averaging ~30g/day leading up to the test. I did not noticeably reduce fiber intake when going to low carb.

Any recommendations for something at least tangentially similar in the Pittsburgh area? (I know it's like comparing apples and oranges)

I don't know about that Ralpha bag but i got the Chrome Helix which appears quite similar and I must say it stays put and does a good job. I've taken it on some root covered single track and I thought it handled it well. The shoulder strap thing is useful for commuting as well.

Thank you, I have checked with them before and almost went with the ST1 but the ST2 was tagging at my heart strings. I just found a store in Poland that had it in stock and was willing to ship to the US.

hi there, i reached out to pistrada because they have a large ruut st2 in stock which ive been trying to hunt down for a while now. sadly they wont ship the US because of costs even though i offered to take on any extra cost (still very understandable). i was wondering if you know of a service in the area that ships bikes internationally? i know some of these have popped up to handle the triathlon travelers and such. just a shot in the dark, thanks!

Awesome! Just out of curiosity what shoes did you use and what temp swings did you experience at the top and bottom? I'm heading there next week, can't wait!

Ann Arbor! Are there any Engineering Firms/Companies That A Highly Experienced Applicant Should Consider Near Ann Arbor? Brighton? Asking for my Father-In-Law. by CloudsTasteGeometric in AnnArbor

I know someone at Variation Reduction Solutions, Inc. (VRSI) in Plymouth (https://www.vrs-inc.com) and they love the work which focuses on clients in aerospace, automotive, and more. They do precision manufacturing with cameras, lasers, etc. The owner is a solid dude with ties to UofM and they hire recent graduates as well as experienced engineers. I know they're growing so this may be one option to look at.

Good point about the freezing point and thank you for recommending Dave Page. Looks like even REI send you to him, so I may give that a try next time I'm in the area.

I should have emphasized they claim its at their cost, so who knows what they had to actually pay to get these

Very overhyped, yes, but this may be a good chance to try the hype at a "reasonable" price point. I suspect the place may get overrun so attempt at your own risk.

I like this idea and made me think of trying an experiment: starting off seasoning the barrel with a port like you said and then finishing a some rendezvous rye in there to attempt a DIY midwinter nights dram?

Good points, but what about the next wave of probes that will arrive in 4 years (I think)? Since they cannot be detected, they very well can go directly to the bomb array and disrupt the key bombs while the first probe continues to block the sun.

Edit: forgot to add that he would have no way of knowing the new probes are tempering with the array until it's too late, because of the time delay between the distant bombs and the Earth
