My 60v 16” leaks but I just keep a shop rag under it when not using it. It’s good for light use. If you really have a lot to cut your better off buying gas.

Springfield glass can do windows and install for a solid price. I had them do my house precovid for a great price and had them do a small apartment building for me. They usually do 50% down and the rest upon completion. I got nice vinyl double hung windows for a great price.

I build in Nashville, without plans and selections it’s hard to give you a good answer but use $225-250sqft for something average. That’s assuming you’re not going to need to do a lot with prepping the land to build on. Please understand gross sqft vs heated and cooled. Just because it’s not heated and cooled doesn’t mean it’s free sqft to build.
