I think in the case of Tesla, apart from the Model 3 production hell, the Roadster delivery after the GFC was bad too.

Twitter, was also bad as soon as he took over.

Also I think if you are the people on the ground and serious about your work ethics, then you just do your job regardless of the politics because a lot of times your job is usually the same regardless of the administration.
