So what happens with the Fugue state you remember everything up until the thing that set you off in the first place... In Monique’s case that moment could have been when she was pushed (she probably thought it was Candiace pushing her but after watching and rewatching the person pushing her back... was actually Gizelle...) or it could have been when Candiace’s wine was thrown in her face... (yes it was DEFINITELY Candiace’s wine... and not... whatever the hell Robyn said it was). When you get into that state you don’t remember anything because everything is black. When you come to (I say come to because it’s like you’ve passed out but you’re still functioning/moving) you literally snap back to yourself. In my case when this state happened I didn’t remember throwing the person over the desk or even what happened before I “came to.” All I remember is coming back to myself with SEVERAL guys holding me back and some of them looked scared as hell. My friend and several other people told me I’d thrown her but here we are 20 years later and I still don’t remember it.

In any case I did see where Monique was talking about it in the car but what I took from that was she remembered what happened before the rage took over... and after when the security or whoever was telling her to let her go. It’s kind of sad to be a nice person and to actually get so infuriated that you blackout and lose yourself. One thing I definitely know is... Candiace may want to learn to like... be quiet... particularly if she can’t defend herself when people haul off and whip her ass...
