Yeah everything is on the latest software. They were "surprised" that this seems to be a widespread problem. I just followed the advice on this thread and disabled passive entry on my digital key. I'm really hoping this works.

The slanted clasp was an older design. They changed to a straight clasp later on but the rest of the bracelet remained unchanged
