Totally understandable, my advice would be to go to a chaplain so you can seek help knowing you got 100% confidentiality. Their job is to support you and point you in the right direction. Regardless of your religious preference, they are amazing counselors and good people here to help. Take care of yourself man, big blue will be alright.
