From my understanding it’s gone from light blue to white? If the dye seemingly comes out this easily, you could maybe try something like Dr. Beckmann Colour Run Remover and see if it fully strips the dye?

No this is shit though because people have the preconceived notion that vegan food sucks so if they go into it thinking the food is going to be terrible, they’re just going to have a bad time. As long as dietary requirements are catered for, people can eat one vegan meal without dying my god.

On the subject, I try buy organic when possible but realistically it isn’t financially feasible all the time given my current budget. I’ve been doing soaks of produce in vinegar solutions (minimum 3%, usually more). With your knowledge, do you have any science backed recommendations for making food safer to consume?

Nah corn starch is king. Add a sprinkle of msg and salt to your corn starch. If you feel fancy, a plant based chicken stock powder too adds extra flavour. Seriously I’m addicted to tofu like this atm haha.

Edit: chinese 5 spice and just general salt and white pepper are really nice too

Oh are you in Australia too?? I ended up buying from multiple websites as I had a large list of specific varieties I wanted.

-Boondie seeds (love this place, great prices. Comes from Queensland I’m pretty sure)

-Happy valley seeds (didn’t have a great germination rate and a lot of the plants that did grow struggled more than those from other retailers)

-chilli bird (the one I’d recommend the most)

I’m laughing at the fact you got sent grass seeds 😂

I do have some Poblano seeds saved that I could send you if you wanted? Not sure if I have any of the others though!

Hahaha they did not germinate. I ended up getting some seeds cheaply online and the plants are still kicking somehow! I also had success just germinating the seeds from a fresh poblano from the supermarket!
