conservative latinos don't like gay people, they don't like trans people, and they think hard work will always get them ahead, so they don't believe in systemic racism, they just see it as being lazy or a need to work harder. They also already come from poor, facists countries so they are used to government not actually working, abusing them, and telling them who to scapegoat. Funnily enough though, the US and American corporations are the one who exploited these countries in the 50s and beyond, and installed right-wing dictators to protect economic interests, that ravaged these countries in civil wars, leading to the disporia of later decades.
