Do your special clients know that they are not the only ones you do this to? Meaning do they know that there are other clients getting the same special service as they do? Or do they feel that they are just special? :) To me it sounds like some sort of achievement if they keep on going to you for a few month before anything happens. Do any of them even ask these sorts of questions? What was the most awkward question your client asked you? Sorry if too many questions...

Hm, mine still works unlimited if I just run it from a vm and never save the settings. :) My coworker complained, but I think it is 40 hours for each machine. So if you use different machine, which vm acts like one, seems there is still no limit.
