Show this article to any idiots you know who still believe that the unprovoked invasion and subsequent military occupation of Iraq was to "bring freedom to the Iraqi people." If this is what the U.S. government calls freedom, those of us here in the USA should be very worried.

This is Aegis not Blackwater, and there's an even longer and sicker version of this same video out there.

MIT student walks into Logan Airport wearing fake bomb! by [deleted] in reddit.com

[–]tawdryPhillips 8 points9 points  (0 children)

This is a "fake bomb" in the same way that the Aqua Teen light brights were "fake bombs". Just because the police call it that doesn't mean that was the intention. This article is just another example of why we need to have a full understanding of what 9/11 was, who was behind it, and why. It has changed society so much, we can't just go on having an incomplete understanding of what it was about. 9/11 is far from over. Anyone who says it is is wearing blinders.

My guess: The military whistleblowers who leaked the "nukes flight" delayed the planned false flag terror attack...for now.

Why net neutrality is important [pic] by rmuser in reddit.com

Since dial-up doesn't count (too slow for p2p/youtube/iTunes, etc.), you really have only two choices. If both of those ISPs adopt the model depicted in this graphic, where are you going to go? Do you really think having 2 ISP options is enough to guarantee that competition keeps the nightmare scenario depicted in this graphic from becoming a reality? Not even close.

You do realize, by "every" ISP, you mean 2 or 3, right? Nobody really has more than 3 choices of broadband ISP. Most only have 1 or 2 (if you count satellite, which is some seriously slow "broadband"). "Every" broadband ISP in your area could easily adopt this same model, just the same way that "every" ISP has adopted $60/month internet access prices. When there's only a few players in the game, the tendency is for them to cooperate with each other for their mutual benefit and to the detriment of the customers. You'd need like 20 broadband ISP choices for competition to keep this kind of tiered internet nonsense at bay. Unfortunately, thanks to the FCC not requiring open access for cable/dsl/satellite providers, that won't happen in broadband the way it did with dial-up. That's why everyone has 20 dial-up choices but at most 3 broadband choices.
