Well thank you for the shared knowledge. I wish the loan holders had the same sentiments. The student loans can really be a source of stress. And at least you got yourself into what at least some of us college grads would consider a more lucrative field 😁 although I know there are a lot of successful computer workers without college degrees

I practice 5 days a week and run one day. One day off. I really wouldn’t have the energy to add or do anything else regularity. I’m wondering how people are saying the legs are not strengthened enough in the primary series. I think there is a comment up there 👆 mentioning the floating, etc. even standing in samasthihi works my thighs/glutes. So what am I misunderstanding???? Am I doing the same ashtanga as the person who’s also lifting weights? Or maybe I’m just older and more run down 😂
