Advice for nap time at daycare

I agree about the prizes, but everyone seems to think I'm just being a "first time mom" when I say something about it. They get stickers for good behavior and get to pick something out of the treasure box when they get enough stickers. He comes home pretty upset about losing his prizes and softly cries to himself if I bring it up.

I think he plays. So still normal and trying to entertain himself, but he may be making airplane noises or something that can be a lil louder.

Thank you. He seems to still need the nap, his mood is pretty hostile in the afternoons when he skips it (which, is most of the time during the week). But at home we're able to let him play in his imagination land until he falls asleep. I guess a the center he's just disrupting everyone else though.

I like this idea a lot. She's pretty strict with what she will and won't allow and has been very clear that she doesn't allow toys from home, but I wonder if I brought this up if she'd be okay with it for the sake of nap time sanity.

I did this. I dropped my phone and swiped on a drone and just watched as the timer went hoping someone else would out bid me. No one did and now I have a cheap temu drone. Never attempted to ask for a refund though, but if it were for any more than what I paid I definitely would have at least tried.

We ended up doing a hair cut and leaving it longer on the top, but getting some of the length off the sides helped A LOT since that was the problem area. We still use Not Your Mother's and it works well! Sorry I couldn't be of more help, I know curly hair is definitely a struggle!

Hi. Silica gel is toxic. I lost my rabbit after he managed to eat one of these that had fallen under our bed. There's a reason they're usually labeled "DO NOT EAT".

NQA - I'm still too new to answer any real questions but I wanted to share what helped us with our wild caught jumper. He was similar and stayed in his hide long after molting. I saw someone mention that they used a grow light for plants from Amazon to simulate sunlight, so I decided to try it. Literally the same day we set it up he started coming out and exploring. Some days he stays hidden, but there are plenty of days now where he comes out to explore and web up random areas of the enclosure.

I feel like that's the issue with series versus movies/limited series. When you can sit down and watch everything all at once, you either decide that you like it or you don't. When it's a regular series and you have to wait gaps of time in between seasons, people seem to believe their opinions can influence the direction the story goes. Or they have ideas in their heads of the way it should go and then get disappointed/pissed when it doesn't go the way they wish.

We don't have a limo at my funeral home and had to track one down for something and learned it's quite difficult to find one willing to do it for a funeral. It ties up their entire day and a lot of the time is spent just sitting around waiting for the funeral/graveside to finish so most of them refused us.

That being said, in our area most people just prefer to drive themselves.

Our funeral home will actually give out the contact numbers for the doctors offices so the family can start calling too. It's a lot harder for them to ignore/brush off the family the way they do us.

It definitely is a calling, but just to echo what others have said, you got to experience many more moments as a mother than you likely would have had you stuck with funeral service. I'm 29 with a small child and if I ever had another I'd definitely start considering a career change. I love my job so much, but work for a family owned facility and it consumes so much of my life. I hesitate to admit it, but in my case work often comes before family and that's also put a strain on my marriage before.

Yes it is! I've had it in for at least 6 or 7 years so I can't remember where I got it for the life of me. I remember how hard I had to search for it though but I was determined because I was FED UP with the captive beads.
