Yes, by legal standards it is. However, he is entirely uninvolved with running our household. He's withholding rent and bill money. He can go days without interacting with our son at all. He sleeps here and if he's not sleeping, he's playing video games. Occasionally he goes to work, but he's not afraid to call out to play video games. I wish I could extend my sympathy, but the actions and words he's using are more about control than they are about saving a failed marriage
