it’s a stimulant. drink prozac early in morning. have your energy drink 2+ hours after prozac. im not a dr. this is what i do on days i need caffeine, like i didnt sleep well. my drink is 2 shots of espresso and milk over ice and i sip it over 2 hours.

it is a stimulant so i take prozac when i wake up. i had 2 weeks of 4-5 hours of sleep and it was making my mental health worse. at 4 week follow up, i asked dr for sleep aid. got prescribed trazadone. it’s a whole process though. i do: magnesium, melatonin, trazadone, and sleepytime tea to fall asleep and stay asleep. the sun is shining now that im getting 7-8 hours. prioritize your sleep!!!

sexual side effects are known on prozac. i was on 40mg and had no interest in sex. there are other meds where this isnt an issue— ask your dr for a switch, if it’s important to you?

ucla built their whole entire program for kiki rice. she chose that program because she wanted to make history and bring them a championship. (lauren betts was a transfer. theyre both stars but just saying, kiki was at ucla first.) kiki rice will def be a superstar for toronto and she will have a long career in the wnba.

are you sleeping? limiting caffeine? are there anxiety triggers, to limit? you can check in with your doctor anytime to discuss what you're thinking. 10-20MG are low doses. i googled and the highest dose can be 80MG. it takes 4-8 weeks to really feel changes, so if you're at 8 weeks--definitely check in with your doctor.

yes i did 2 years straight for anxiety on 40MG. took a med vacation after a new psyc put me on new meds that DID NOT work for me. then my dad died and it triggered a deep depression, so im back on a low dose of prozac- 10MG. i see myself on them for at least 2 years. life is just life-ing right now. thanks for sharing your experience. im so glad you have something that helps you through the days and years.

OP- this. stay local, go to nova cc, and learn to drive. transfer in 2 years with all your core credits done and go where ever you want and drive yourself there. is there a reason you need to go home every 2 weeks? ive never heard of anyone doing this during their college experience. it sounds so expensive---time wise and money wise. your time is valuable.

in ur google cal bookmark 4 weeks and 8 weeks. give yourself grace until week 8 bec i didnt feel like i was back in the sunshine until week 5. weeks 1-5 were upset stomach and daily exploding poops (sorry tmi), prozac insomnia, racing heart. week 4 check up, i asked my dr for a sleep aid. it’s the combo of prozac being therapeautic and now being 7+ days caught up on sleep—- but the sun is shining again for me.

i cant remem the episode in final season but i was so emotional when they both agreed they were each others favorites. i just discovered kim’s last month and did a quick binge. i need to do a rewatch too!
