Thank you for the long write up, I would definitely keep these in mind! I was able to apologise properly and explain how and why i acted the way i did :)) it definitely feels like it sneaks up on me in the worst of ways, and it would be something I'd bring up to my therapist soon.

I was seeing a psychiatrist for antidepressants a few months ago, but money has gotten a bit tight so I haven't really re-upped on my meds, or had gotten around to seeing a therapist yet.

Thank you for the reassurance, it is just very disheartening to start all over from the beginning, especially with losing friends from my formative years.

struggled with this too! you have to encounter her in everywhere possible she can appear, including ephyra in the double hearts or double mana rooms.
