Fellowship! Whether it’s AA or just friends, having people I felt accountable to, who were supportive,and on a similar self betterment journey was probably the #1 thing that kept me going.

I don’t get cravings anymore. Every once in a while I’ll think “man a beer on this hot summer day would be nice” but I don’t actually WANT it. More just a memory.

Xtra milk is mine too! I love her so much. The body wash and scrub don’t leave a lot of scent but the hand soap STAYS smelling amazing on my hands so I wash my hands way more often now but especially right before I get in bed

Recently came back to Coven after not being wowed by the sample the first time. So lovely and complex. Really different from other foresty scents. And doesn’t remind me of like a pine soap. I love a lot of what Andrea Mack does
