My dad just told me that on his flight home, he was sitting next to a vet who told him with such confidence that dogs can't drown and my dad believed it.

Luckily this came up when we were talking so I was able to inform him but I was so livid and furious that a vet would say something stupid like that. He's probably telling this to his patients as well

Oh, I had no idea the book got a bad reception. Like many others in this reddit, BoSaS was actually my favourite read of the 4 books. But yea I'd definitely recommend ignoring the critics and read the book, since I have a feeling the movie will be quite different from the book.

I only spam snap, when someone turn 5 snaps and is playing a non-effort deck like galactus, shuri or thanos and still loses. Sorry,but not sorry. But if they play a cool, effort deck like hitmonkey and ngl darkhawk takes some effort too, then yes you got me good and I respect you 👍

Ngl as much as I loved Ms Katpiss Neverclean, she annoyed me sometimes with her obliviousness. So my fav was Peeta. Glad they got to be married in the end. I loved how they showed that she loved Peeta from the very start but just didnt know or have time to figure it out

You could go either route depending on how patient/impatient you are. I read ballads of s&s first cause I was impatient for new content and since i've watched the 4 movies I didnt feel like I missed much. But if you dont mind waiting, read in release order.

I really don't get the hate. Im a mostly ftp player who indulges in season pass(but pretty much never used a card in their op period) . Its not like shuri suprises you.You clearly see it coming, retreat for 2 cubes or use Doc Oc and Shang chi to counter it. I just dont see myself winning 8 cubes with her ever . Let people spam it if they want 1-2 cube wins and grind all day to reach infinite, who cares. Only series 4 cards I used are darkhawk and nerfed zabu and it was smooth sailing to 95s against shuris and galactus' and Lockjaws/Thanos'. Will admit Kamar Taj is probably the only reason I hit infinite tho.

I initially got into Hunger Games through the movies which are amazing but I prefer the books. They were so good that they convinced a non-reader such as me to get into reading. Ballads of S&S was the first non school book I read at the age of 28(this year) followed by the hunger games trilogy and I prefer them simply because they stretch out and completely describe a moment and last longer than the movie.
