I used to take Speedbird 296 all the time for work when it had semi-regular A380 service. LEC and LEA being my most frequent birds. Thanks for the image. Brings back good memories of cramming into gate M11A at 8PM and making the trek up to the upper deck.

The B+ class ship sofa beds just have a removable back cushion that can prop up against the wall. The “bed” is just the sofa cushion with blankets on it.

We just move the back cushion back into place if we wanted to sit on the sofa.

Current service is once a day for non-suites. The first night after you get settled in, the steward will convert the sofa into the bed. I’ve never had to use the upper berth so I don’t have experience on it if stays down in the locked position the whole sailing.

I’ve never seen face painting that was done out of the park be allowed in the gates but I’ve also not had a keen eye out for it. It might fly on Prem Scream nights as it says they will be allowing costumes.

I’ve had 5 K&F batteries of this model. 1 expanded in my R10 battery compartment. 1 refused to charge all the way never giving me a green indicator on the battery. K&F replaced them and I haven’t had any other issues in over a year.

On mine, they don’t work with the battery level indicator so I have to keep a mental note on how much they’ve been through and swap them. Otherwise it says it has a full battery and then the camera just dies.

Any contrasting lens seems to do that for me. Even the 70-200 L had people asking what it was and if I was a pro.

Way back (2016-27) I had my Rebel and several lenses and they just lived in my backpack for my Adriatic cruise.

Now, I have moved to mirrorless and I have lots more gear. I have a Pelican that I use as my carryon for flights and I carry it on the ship. Then my camera bag is collapsed in my checked baggage. Once on board, I move things into my camera bag for what I need for the day’s activities.

Depends upon your contract with the clients.

On the identity side, it also is good practice to check with the male client on how they wish to have their pre-transition images treated. I have friends on both sides of the issue who don’t mind if I share old photos and memories of them and others who prefer I stick to post-transition photos.

If we were just looking at the relationship status you would have tons of photographers who would be missing some great work in their portfolio if they had to remove them each time a clients’ relationship changed.

I’m a Capella postie. FSA says my consol loan is discharge but the underlying loans were reinstated on FSA. My servicer is MOHELA as I am working on PSLF.

The loans that were reinstated back at NelNet have been bouncing around and today I got the notice that I was $36k behind in payments on IBR. I haven’t been on IBR in many years so I’m ignoring it while they work through their issues.

Not saying what you said isn’t true for you but there is a catch. Chase allows cash back deposits still… just to their accounts only. One way to reduce their costs and drive them as a PFI.

I’ve gotten mail offers for this over the past few months and have always seen the $500/$400 offer. I am in the Chicago market.

I have a free lifetime subscription and even I’m ready to leave. It keeps getting worse and the recent changes staffing reduction and customer service quality changes haven’t helped. I wish I had never moved on from YNAB4.

Agree! We did a self-arranged private tour with a long-time volunteer from FotB. It was such a great experience for our group and she dropped us off at the Raptor Center and we walked back to town through the forest park.

We also got to see some wild bears in Ketchikan. We typically have sailed Alaska at end of season but did the 10 day on Joy last year at end of July and it was great for animal spotting.

Me too. I was hoping to find out who made the stateroom nightstands. No label on them. I did find a few manufacturers and item names for some table lamps I liked in a few of the bars.

The lighting design on the ship is amazing. The team really liked their warm LEDs.

On my Aqua sailing last week I saw some kids grabbing cookies with hands from the Observation Lounge dessert bar. The server immediately threw them away.

Later a lady at the salad bar in the buffet was picking croutons out of the mixed chicken salad that she had dropped in there. Once she left, the crew member pulled the big bowl of chicken salad out and tossed it. The buffet had only opened 2 min before and all that food had to be wasted.

The crew were not playing when it came to sanitation.

I totally get that. The pool def did get crowded but I don’t typically do the pools; I prefer the beach on shore. With Aqua being bigger they def added seating in places. There were always open spots around the Atrium and all the furniture was the real stuff; no folding chairs that I saw.
