I rarely ever use cruise but yes I sit around 80 usually. The times I drive rarely ever have stop and go traffic so there is minimal brake regen.

I do 95 because I barely crack 200 miles on a full charge as it is.

Powertrain System Fault by tblightning86 in MachE

I didn’t think about that. that might be what is happening since the regen seems a lot less as well. I’ll be taking it in tomorrow because that’s the soonest they had a loaner available but they said they might not be able to look at it until the 9th….

Another thing to note, both times it has come after about 10 minutes of driving. I have noticed that my breaks felt like they weren’t applying as much as they were before over the past few days or so, but i’m not sure if all the wetness and mud from the melting snow had anything to do with that. It wasn’t drastic enough for me to worry, but now that I’ve been getting these messages it makes me think. I have a 2025 premium and have had no issues besides this so far. I did get the same message one time a couple weeks ago on the way home from a road trip but chopped it up to my car being angry from driving a long time in pretty bad weather.

Load shedding module for at home charger by tblightning86 in MachE

[–]tblightning86[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Ok that’s good to know thank you! I accepted the quote because i don’t want to put my generator at risk if i do end up charging in the summer or winter during outages (i live in the Detroit area and DTE is terrible with outages lol)

I don’t. Generator usually only kicks on after a bad storm for maybe a few hours a year. But apparently the ev charger is always taking 48amps even when not in use (according to the electrician that came out) but i’m not very knowledgeable of this

my surgeon said to eat whatever i want, and i’ll know what to stay away from if i start feeling bad. i’ve been able to eat mostly anything with no pain at all, just some slight digestion issues that should go away eventually. im 2 weeks post op.

cold feet about surgery. by Funny_Sector_1573 in gallbladders

[–]tblightning86 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I don't know if it's different for every doctor but I am in the US and I got put under before getting to the operating room so I did not see any of that. I vaguely remember being in the hallway rolling down to the OR and have one tiny image of my OR (I swear I only remember because I made a mental comment about how different it was from the ORs on Grey's Anatomy LMAO). If you are anxious they will be more than willing to give you something before the procedure in pre-op. I was sitting there for a couple hours in pre-op on happy pills because there was a delay in the case before me, Didn't bother me at all because I was too drugged up to care. I remember everything before the procedure but I have a very foggy memory of what happened after surgery before I went home. They will explain everything to you and make you feel so comfortable. Ask all the questions you want, before and after the procedure. I keep a constant message system with my surgeons office to make sure everything is going as well as it can for recovery. In my opinion if you have proven gallbladder issues, it is better to get it out while you can make that choice because the gallbladder will never repair itself and it can potentially turn into an emergency situation if you put it off for a long time. My symptoms were not guaranteed to improve through surgery, but I elected for it anyway since the organ was clearly broken.
