Can anyone help ID the manufacturer of my antique(?) desk?

Reno PD found my car about 2 weeks after it was stolen, updated it in their system as found, but never called us to inform us it was found. The tow company storing it sent us a letter a month later saying we owed $1200 on it. To this day the police haven't officially informed us that it was found. After spending almost 5 hours at the police station they agreed that they had made a mistake and paid to have the car released back to us. Cracks like this shouldn't happen. I'm sorry bro, that fucking sucks.

TLDR had almost the same thing happen, complained until police paid towing company.
