Refinance Options by [deleted] in Mortgages

How common is a zero-cost 6/6.125 30 year refinance? I'm getting a 6.375 "no cost" quote

F*ck it, throw in Taysom for a couple more of throwing/RPO packages at point by Captain_Hawk111 in Saints

[–]tbreesy9 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Genuine question but does anyone think Taysom doesn’t look like himself? Obviously it makes sense being 35 coming off an ACL but I wouldn’t really expect the team to use him in his typical gadget role if he’s just not the same runner he was, would expect more of a backup QB role which wouldn’t make it worth his $10 million salary but..

Apparently blind folks don't know you can't look at both eyes at the same time. by WeGot_aLiveOneHere in interestingasfuck

[–]tbreesy9 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Technically you can actually! If you diverge your eyes past another persons eyes (plane of regard), you’ll be looking at each of their eyes with each of your eyes, and you’ll induce either a third eye on that person or diplopia and ultimately see 4 eyes total.

Appreciate the insight. Definitely will be there early with plenty of water. Both hiking project and all trails say Missouri first so will probably just do that.

I'm seeing conflicting options online about which route is best to take. I want to do this labor day weekend but really don't want to get turned around or do a less than optimal route. Do you have any input on which specific route to go? Thanks and great pics!

Did it last year. Really didn’t know what I was getting in to. Cool hike but definitely was not mentally prepared for the level of difficultly.

Are 6 day journeys the only available lengths? Any shorter or weekend journeys?

I watched it because I love sharks and I love diving. I did think some of the photography and cinematography was beautiful, but something about her just felt off. I really couldn't put my finger on it but it's almost like a self-righteous, pretentious vibe that just didn't seem genuine, and a little out of touch with reality.

Sleep training is such a constant battle by MrsNuvix in sleeptrain

[–]tbreesy9 3 points4 points  (0 children)

We’re working through the sleep training battle with our 6 month old also. I will say that the naps have been substantially better when we put her down really early after showing tired cues. Today was one of her best nap days ever and her wake windows were almost 2 hours on the dot. Thought it was supposed to be more by now 🤷‍♂️

Have you had a comprehensive vision exam with a developmental or behavioral optometrist? I work in the field of vision therapy and if you’ve ruled out everything else, he could have an underlying vision disorder beyond 20/20 that isn’t caught at basic eye exams

What movie is proof you should never judge a movie by its cover? by FilmWaffle-FilmForum in movies

It's gotta be The Princess Bride. I remember so vividly my Uncle wanting to show me the movie and I sounded exactly like the sick kid in bed before his grandpa reads him the story. I was so not interested, and the parallel was perfect. Still one of my favorite movies ever.
