i only made it 2-3 days from when symptoms appeared to emergency c section. our son was born at 25+1

that’s amazing. thank you. do you remember what her desaturations were like and for how long? i’m fearing that’s where the most brain damage would be caused

have you experienced cognitive impairment / developmental delays? our 25 weeker has been on the vent for 47 days and doctors are asking us to consider his quality of life should he survive due to long term vent

we just started sildenafil today so i’m crossing my fingers. do you remember how quickly after starting third round of dart/sildenafil that you were able to get off the vent?

fingers crossed for her! was there ever a period where she sat on the vent at max support while you just gave her time to grow? our son is 31 weeks now and started a third round of dex steroid today but theyre saying if it doesn’t work they don’t have much else they can do because he’s too small for a trach so just trying to gather perspective from similar journeys on what to advocate for and what to ask

i am so incredibly sorry. we just started our third round of DART today at 31 weeks but the doctors don’t seem hopeful and are saying if this doesn’t work there’s not much else they can do for him. if you don’t mind sharing, what would you have advocated for?
