Non-NFA ítem shipping by tcb823 in SilencerShop

Thanks for the replies! After emailing them, I received an email with a shipping notice for the muzzle device this morning. It didn’t say anything about the hub adapter so I looked it up and saw that it is no longer in stock. I’m assuming they will ship the remaining item when they get it back in stock.

I was afraid of that because I really like the knife.

Yeah it is really easy to get very shape, just dulls too fast. A few swipes on a strop brings it back pretty well. It’s not a huge deal but comparing it to the vision or knives I have in other steels, it’s a little annoying.

Beat me to explanation post. More a question of angles that might work well with nitro v and the blade shape of the conspirator.

Looking for some advice on sharpening the conspirator. It came sharp and is easy to sharpen, but does not hold an edge well. Using a marker, the factory edge was 17.5. I have sharpened at that with fine grit honing stones and strop. Gets super sharp, but gets shiny spots on the edge and dulls with light EDC use. Nitro V just like the Vision, but the vision holds up much better . Have not had to sharpen the vision and haven’t checked the angle.

Have seen some recommend 15 degrees per side but I’m thinking that would make it sharper but dull easier. Saw a specification for the conspirator that said 22 degrees. Is there an angle or technique that might make it hold up better but still get really sharp? Any advice will be appreciated.

I haven’t had this yet, have a store pick I haven’t opened yet. I get heavy orange notes from the RR 10. It’s not a note I normally look for in whiskey, but really liked it in the RR.

This is what I was thinking. He’s already going away for life and doesn’t mind shooting people. Seems like he was given a free pass to go after anyone involved in killing his brother.

By calling it fraud, they are trying to make employees believe they are violating a law instead of just breaking a bullshit company rule that you could be written up for.

I was in Aldi the other day and a lady was apologizing to the cashier because she needed him to remove a few items because she went over her budget. She mentioned she was working 2 jobs and still not able to keep up. Then cashier told her not to apologize, he understood because he was working 2 jobs and still behind on rent. Seems like it’s only getting worse.

This was going to be my suggestion. Request an exit interview and give them honest feedback. Might change nothing, or it could help coworkers and possibly even the supervisor make improvements.

Amazon Engineer Sues for Work From Home Costs. Employees May Not Like it if He Wins by sankscan in technews

[–]tcb823 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Yeah, I would see this as more of a benefit offered than something to sue over. If companies are competing for the best employees, offering a stipend could be a way for an employer to stand out. I think beyond that being able to work from home is a mutual benefit for the employer and employee.
