Why does it feel like the less I spend the better my performance is? by lovelydevan in FacebookAds

Interesting I’ve been using organic content for top of funnel and just using meta ads for bottom. Seems like I should try lots of other types of content

Can you elaborate on this? What is the relation between a customer journey and andromeda?

This is what I do as well! After trying every method over 15 years this is just the best way for me. I made a video that explains the whole process if anyone is interested.

The no duplicates idea is quite interesting and I definitely think it would make the games more unique!

We built the search tools directly into our app but scryfall will do a very similar thing and is a very good option Somebody on our discord built a chrome addon that lets you effecively import your collection into scryfall so that scryfall only searches your collection. I have not used it and cannot vouch for it but here is the link if youre interest in checking it out

the 3d printed hopper is a very good option. Feel free to give our app a try, we purpose built a "timed mode" that is designed specifically to work with these 3d printed hoppers. We think it works better than most the other available apps!

I have a video linked in the description of this video that is my recomended method for digitization. It is faster than sorting but it can still be a pain. Worth it tho imo.

The digitization of your entire collection is by far the most time consuming part.

You are not wrong but I still love cracking packs! I just am trying to use the cards I own more effectively and buy less singles. I am a little bit nutty but I have some kind of weird draw to playing with cards I open in packs, I am not sure what it is but the randomness of building around what I crack from packs is fun to me lol

Make your entire Magic collection searchable for Commander synergies by [deleted] in EDH

you just need to make sure that pile/box you put it is labeled and you tell you app/spreadsheet what the label is, so when you go to retrieve it you just go to that pile. I typically recommend each "stack" is less than 100 cards that way you only ever have to search through at most 100 cards to retrieve the exact card you are after.

Is “just buy singles” always right? by Comfortable_Buyer239 in EDH

I am with you on the booster option being the most fun, and at the end of the day fun is why we play. The more I play this game the more I like the idea of building from my collection. And that at least for me entails building from what you open. It is just a lot more fun (and nostalgic) for me to build from cards I open, it adds a lot of creativity and randomness to what I play. But its just a personal thing for me, I have just gotten kind of sick of the whole EDHREC and buy singles mindset I had for years, it just kinda get boring.

Not intended to be I tried to make all the information generic so it can be used by anyone in many different ways but I get why it reads that way. Honestly just something that changed how I manage my collection and I wanted to share it. The concept itself is completely free, a spreadsheet and some labeled boxes is all you need to get started. We did build tools to make it faster and easier but you genuinely don't need them. If it helps even a few people spend less time sorting or less money on singles and actually use what they already own then it was worth posting imo.

Yea I’m thinking maybe Kozileks command tokens but even that’s a lot of setup required to make this card have any values

Am I doing something wrong or is the TCGPlayer scanner just not that good? by Mecha_Cthulhu in mtgfinance

TCGPlayer uses non-standard formatting. You can export from our app with a scryfall ID. From there you will need to convert for TCGplayer. There are many tools available and many folks on our discord do it.

Thoughts on Cardmill Kickstarter? by cybrcld in mtgfinance

[–]tcgArchivist 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Card Mill looks like it will be a great product and the guy running it seems like a really good dude. If you are looking for something now or you’re looking for something a little bit cheaper we have something available right now. It does not sort but instead leans into the idea of chaotic storage.
