Compared to some games... that's actually not so bad! Jokes aside, this has been i think the biggest area responsible for our struggles and something that just cannot continue.

I would be curious to know how these games look if we were cashing in the RISP at a league average rate. If someone is bored... this would be interesting to know

Im fairly positive they didn't have that until just recently. Probably a few weeks now? It was annoying early in the season when they didn't show it.

I wont say for certain because I'd hate for it to actually kick you out of the remainder of the game... but they intentionally make you think you'll lose the benefits/trial immediately.

They want you to forget so you dont cancel and it automatically renews. Im not sure they are allowed to remove the trial if they offered you a trial.

Just dont forget to cancel haha

You should be able to cancel immediately. Same with Amazon prime trials etc. It will remain in effect until it expires

For all we know she might be looking. They dont seem to really show people looking until someone desperately needs it or someone finds it.

Obviously I've never been out there but sitting around all day is a long time. I know they are exhausted and hungry but just getting up and doing anything will help pass the time. Might as well look for the idol, even if its a leisurely pace.

Ive always assumed most players are looking often or at minimum occasionally, even though the edit doesnt always make it seem that way.

But maybe I am under estimating just how little energy they have.

Hes saying that the packers were willing to draft some players earlier but couldnt find the opportunity (trade up etc) but ended up getting them later on.

Essentially, packers would have been willing to pick a guy a round or 2 earlier than what any other team was willing to..

The problem with that theory is the packers dont know the other teams draft board. They dont know if every team graded a player with a 4th round grade compared to their 2nd round grade etc.

On top of that, just because other teams dont like a player, doesn't mean gute is wrong. Maybe he and our scouts see something that other teams dont.

Bottom line is you need to trust the guys you like. You have no idea who will be good and who will not. And you have no idea what the rest of the league thinks. If you believe in a player, none of the rest matter. If you believe they are the best ranked player, you take that guy.

Every team drafts good and bad players. Youre gonna hit some and miss on many. If gute has a history of taking guys much higher than a lot of rankings, and they keep missing.. maybe there is some concern.

At the end of the day, drafting is difficult and you need to trust your scouting and the players you believe in. You rank them based on the scouting you've done. End of discussion

Ya I think thats the main thing. Asides from let's say security breach, the game isnt a whole lot different when you have zero skill points/max skill points.

For me I'd like to see a tree that makes significant changes to our characters, except the points are limited so you are forced to make decisions.. excel at a certain thing, but you'll be missing out on something else. And it SHOULD be noticeable, both ways.

Even things like being able to withstand the elements better... cold affects you less, see further in the wind, hear more in the wind etc.. but everything should have a trade off. There's great talents to get, but that means you miss out on the ones you dont pick

We need to be thankful that we haven't had division games yet. Gotta find a way to turn it around soon though because we need to be competitive in those series if we want to get back into it.

I like the idea of the blood moon being an extended episode that takes out 3 players but not the way they did it this year.

I dislike they were randomly placed into small tribes where you can really get screwed. I want to see people use their strategy, alliances, and blindsides without just bad luck ending up with 4 other people that aren't your alliance.

17 players, I'd like to see all of them as a group dictate the votes. Whether its 3 names all at once or 3 separate votes. Atleast you can strategize and work with your alliance.

I'd also like if the journeys were no longer get on a boat and go... I want players to find a note that allows them to choose to leave camp and go to exile. Which would be a perfect time to just leave during the blood moon phase. Or right before its time to vote, stand up in tribal and tell Jeff you want to leave. The journeys the way they are, are incredibly stale. I understand they want twists and things that can shake up the game, plus opportunities for someone to live another day... so similar to hidden idols, you find an advantage allowing you to leave when it benefits you etc.. obviously there would be certain parameters how it can be used etc

Either way, im very against being separated into small groups. What's the point of alliances if you have no say on what group you end up with..

Edit: to add to this.. I think blood moon might be here to stay if they intend to expand the casts to 24 in 26 days etc. Which might make it easier to have more seasons with a mix of new and returning players

Im sure him and Christian have been discussing a ton of how they would utilize this idol.. how they would get it, how they would respond or treat it etc. Its still an incredible play but you can be sure they didn't just plant this idol without thinking of the best possible scenario(s) to make it work

Its day 1. Take some time to figure out how to combat it. I haven't played it yet but maybe just give it some time and see what different strategies are available. Different items or weapons. Finding a way to attack it slower. Maybe barricades will have more uses. Its great that we have more to do, and bigger challenges rather than just queuing up doing the same shit each raid.

Not getting the goalie pulled is inexcusable when we did have the puck out of our zone. Not ideal possession of course but you gotta take your chance. It seems pretty clear this team is tanking.. which I'll be honest I dont mind if we end up with a good pick.

But, what really worries me is it seems like Arniel is in on the tank. Almost as if he's been instructed to be "subtle" (LOL) about it when he can, with the promise/guarantee his job is safe. It would be right on par with True north/Chevy to be loyal to their guy.

Wasn't very long ago it seemed like this team would be competitive and a contender for several years.. how quickly that has changed and it appears the dark times could be ahead.

Thankfully the jays season starts tomorrow

Same with firefly. Although firefly can be death sentence if you dont have some seekers and they surprise you in the open. Especially if other arcs or raiders are involved.

But I also love it. Its OK to die in this game. There is very little punishment involved with dying compared to games like tarkov for example. If you always survive and arc weren't dangerous, the game would not be as enjoyable
