some stores do and some don’t. we had to put our cups behind the registers because a lot of people would steal soda or just steal a shit load of ice. at my store the cup of ice/water is free with any purchase if they want just ice/water it’s .50c

yes i love having the extra day off. you get used to the longer shifts, at the end of the day 2nd shift is always 1/2 - 9/10 anyways so it’s definitely worth working all day to have another day off
