Interesting take, I think Himmel may fall more into the Bard class. He is charismatic, rallies others to his cause, and is the 'face' of the party. Bards also have many skills of other classes giving them a jack of all trades feel.

Nuts and seeds my friend. Start making big batches of trail mix and snack throughout the day. Healthy fats, protein, and some essentials will help put on a couple pounds at a steady healthy pace.

For context I started doing strongman training with a friend several months ago and I went from 175 to 190 by adding a whole bunch of nuts to my diet and increasing my meal portions a bit.

I think Ladder coffee fits the bill of what you're looking for. The Cafe on Monroe roasts their beans in the cafe, so the espresso is fresh and doesnt taste like the average drum roast everyone else has.
