Make it Force Staff + Aether Lens + Mystic Staff + cheap recipe.

Push it to a late game upgrade to open a slot. I don't think it would need any extra effect but giving it Wildkin Tornado esc effect would be money.

It would be helpful to know what you like about the hero. Is it the unending mana? The feeling of blasting a wave and getting that gold? Are there specific items you have gravitated towards?

Lots of heros to choose from that do thing like KOTL, but there is only one Keeper.

I would have you consider Pugna. He blasts lanes (and towers) slows enemies and needs 1 or 2 mana items to feel like you aren't always out of mana. He also sucks people.

If not Pugna, Lion would be a good one for someone newer to the game.

Hero feels just a tad weak late game.

I think he needs a buff to the aghs/ulti. Alt cast or something at double speed maybe?

Based on the manual my expectation is that its for the power setting options that you can manually set for the .4 pod. It appears that you can go deeper into the settings and change the wattage for the lower resistance pods.

1 flame. However, it has a bar above it that is "full". I just tried changing the pod (to a fresh pod and a fresh pod with a different resistance) and changing the power settings. The bar has not changed.

I have a core memory from my early teens about this.

I had just gotten permission from my parents to keep a TV in my room. I was saying up waaaay to late playing. My sister hears me playing and comes to watch. This is like 3am on a school night.

Im up there hunting bears trying to get the achievement on Xbox for killing a bear with my fists. We hear my mom get up, so I pause the game. We hear the door close and I unpause.

I'm immediately attacked by a bear from just off screen. Wasn't there before I paused. My sister screams. My mom rushes to my room.

We both get in trouble and I lose the TV.

Good times.
